Umami Burgers

Kimchi: Our first time trying Umami was a mindblowing experience! In our opinion, it tastes way better than your typical burger joints. Juicy, tasty meat (med rare) paired with soft buns and all kinds of tasty toppings, depending on your burger. Even more delicious when paired with the sauces they give to you in spoons. Martini and I traded half of our burgers so we could get a taste of two different burgers. We had the original umami burger (has parmesan crisp on it) and the truffle royale burger (has pulled pork ribs on top of patty along with truffle sauce). I have to say the truffle royale was my favorite.

Smushed potatoes, truffle fries

Kimchi: The truffle fries were skinny & super crispy. It was our first time trying truffle fries as well, and that was an interesting yet delicious experience as well. The smushed potatoes were surprisingly good – very crispy. It inspired me to make some at home…we’ll see how that turns out.
