Cauliflower cream soup

Kimchi: Followed this recipe. It tasted pretty good. It was a great way to use up the chicken stock I made myself from when I deboned chicken breasts and the cauliflower that was getting old in the fridge, but I would never go through all the work again. Or I would just use a no-sodium chicken broth instead of taking the time to make my own chicken stock. My family is not a cream soup type of family so I probably won’t be making this again unless the extra chicken stock & cauliflower situation arose again. Tasted good though, and I didn’t mind eating it every day until it was gone.

I didn’t puree the soup out of laziness but I also kind of like having texture that I can eat in a soup.
