{May 14, 2013} Kimchi: Thanks to the internet, I’ve discovered the magic of combining sour cream and brown sugar to make a wondrous dip for fruit such as strawberries.
I liked halving my strawberries since nowadays they’re monster-sized. Makes for easier eating and more coverage when dipping 😛
You can leave the sour cream and brown sugar separated so that you can dip the strawberry in the cream and then the brown sugar.
Or you can just mix the brown sugar into the sour cream and it will melt into a beautiful dip. The creamy tartness of the sour cream is great with the sweet brown sugar. Great way to eat strawberries that are sour and not really sweet.
