Kimchi: Used this recipe. I am in love with this recipe. I am a firm believer in using sour cream in baked goods for delicious and moist results. This cake comes out so moist and the chocolate glaze is satisfyingly on top of the cake.

I’ve made this recipe twice now. After I brought half of the cake to one of Martini’s family parties, they asked me to make one for his graduation party. A lot of people liked it 🙂 I’m definitely making this again. Sometimes I crave it.

I really like pouring the glaze over the cake when it’s still runny and the cake is still warm because it kinda melts the glaze and covers the entire cake evenly and completely. However, it is rather messy unless you do it in another dish first…and if you want it in one uncut cake, it’s rather difficult to move a fully glazed bundt cake… (I ended up doing it but the cake cracked a little bit). So yeah…if the plate needs to look pretty and the bundt cake needs to be in one piece, definitely wait for the cake to cool completely and the glaze to get less goopy – the glaze is less likely to cover the whole cake evenly though…it’s more like those icicle designs dripping down the bundt cakes that you usually see.
