{May 3, 2013} Kimchi: Used this recipe for reference. I pretty much made syrup and used whatever I had for the mint julep drink itself. I think I squeezed fresh lemons to make lemonade, added some ginger ale, and added some Bacardi rum (Limon flavor). The rum turned out to be really overpowering so I had to add a lot more soda and syrup than I originally put in.
It was very refreshing. After making it with the flavored rum though, I think I definitely need to make it with bourbon as it was intended to have in the first place.
