{May 3, 2013} Kimchi: I used this recipe. Wasn’t as good as I had hoped since I used chicken breasts rather than thighs (would have been better), and I had to substitute ingredients for my lacking of tomato sauce (subbed with purreed tomatoes) and heavy cream (subbed with butter & milk). Good enough though, when craving Indian food and not having any. Definitely would stick to using the tomato sauce and cream though, they help make the dish.
