Chicken Katsu

Chicken Katsu

Kimchi: I got the chicken katsu. I would want to try the seafood combos sometime, but otherwise I think the chicken katsu will be my go-to choice at this place. The chicken is extremely tender and the breading was extremely crispy. I got a cup of the katsu sauce on the counter to dip my chicken into, and it added just the right amount of flavor/sweetness. Hopefully people are aware of the sauces on the counter. I would imagine the food being too bland without any. Their portions are HUGE. If you have a huge appetite you will be stuffed before you can finish the last piece. Otherwise one box will probably turn into two meals.

Kalbi Ribs

Kalbi Ribs

Kimchi: Same with the ribs, they give you a huge amount. I think the cuts of meat are not the greatest (too chewy for my liking), but the marinade and quantity make up for it. I think their marinade is quite tasty. The macaroni salad that comes on the side is super good too, if you like macaroni salad. I would probably order more on the side if I was really feeling macaroni salad. Martini claims that this location in Tustin gives the most amount of food, compared to the other one located in Santa Ana. Great when you’re craving this stuff and want a cheap meal (that can feed a lot of people, or turn into separate meals).
