{April 16, 2013} Kimchi: Hmm this recipe was strange just from the ingredients (aka avocado) but I thought it was interesting so I tried it. It actually tasted just fine but the chicken was lacking flavor big time. The addition of the avocado gives it a bit of an earthy taste and it adds a creamy texture. It might be a little too weird or bland for most taste buds though. I might try this again with more veggies like mushrooms, carrots, etc. And definitely with more sauce. Maybe with sauce cooking with the chicken rather than just added towards the end.
