Kimchi: Okay, I’ll admit that I was too lazy to take the cookies out of the bag to take the picture…so I took a picture outside of the ziplock bag and one inside the bag. LOL.

Kimchi: I used this recipe for easy sugar cookies. To be honest with you, I think I decided to make sugar cookies only because I wanted cookies but I had no chocolate chips! But I’m glad that was the case because I forgot that I like them…and home-baked ones taste so much better! 🙂 I rolled them up in a half cinnamon and half brown sugar mix to make snickerdoodles since I thought plain sugar cookies were a bit boring.

Teaspoon-sized balls were perfect after 9 minutes in the oven (soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside). However, the recipe yielded a lot of dough, so I froze about half of the dough and forgot about it for a long time. Today I thawed some out and made a fresh batch. Instead of the suggested teaspoon-sized balls, I rolled the dough into a tablespoon instead and baked it for 11 minutes. I prefer the bigger cookies since there is more chewy goodness inside the cookie to enjoy 😛

Thumbs up to double wrapping your cookie dough logs with plastic wrap and putting them in a ziplock bag in the freezer for storage.
