Asian Tuna Cakes

Kimchi: We have a lot of cans of tuna and I felt like making something other than tuna salad with it, so I gave this recipe a try. Used panko bread crumbs instead and skipped the cornmeal. This is pretty interesting! It doesn’t taste so fishy so fish haters might like it. I would add more green onions to brighten up the taste more next time. It tastes great stuck between a soft Hawaiian dinner roll with some lettuce or with some creamy pasta on the side.
