{February 18, 2013} Kimchi: Martini and I love finding places that are open late because now and then we end up with late-night cravings or hunger. Honestly, coming here at midnight is a little scary in the parking lot. Park close to the entrance door, lol. The inside is very modest, but we’re not there for the ambiance, we’re there for late night eats!
Kimchi: Nachos are a late-night classic, but these chorizo nachos hit the spot because I was craving this spicy sausage.
Kimchi: These tacos are cheap and legit. You know they’re legit Mexican tacos when they’re dripping with juices and oil. We tried the carnitas and we liked them.
While we were sitting inside enjoying our meal, all of a sudden the once-quiet restaurant was BLASTING with REALLY loud mariachi music!!! It was SO sudden and loud that I jumped in my seat and widened my eyes at Martini. We both looked at each other and laughed hysterically. After maybe less than a minute, the music stopped all of a sudden and we were resigned to silence again. HOW WEIRD IS THAT. But it sure made our meal much more interesting. 😛
