Sangria

Sangria

Kimchi: It took forever for the sangria to arrive, but it was Valentine’s Day after all. No reservation meant we were waiting forever and ever, and when we were finally seated, service was very slow despite there being virtually no people needing to be seated anymore after us. Although perhaps the bar inside was busier? Anyway, I really liked the outdoor atmosphere here. It’s romantic and cozy and they did a good job of not seating us awkwardly elbow to elbow with another couple, since we had to share a long bench with them.

Kimchi: These were practically grease balls but they were… SO GOOD. One bite into these and my eyes popped out of my head. The bacon was crispy and smokey, the date was sweet, and the blue cheese was tangy. It was great with the horseradish-tasting sauce.

Burrito Mojado

Burrito Mojado

Kimchi: This burrito was huge. Shared between Martini and me, it was enough to make both of us really full. It is a very hearty meal.

Kimchi: The inside is extremely meaty, which is why it’s so filling. Sorry for the blurry shot. There were some cubes of potatoes (which I always love) and the whole thing tasted great with the spicy red sauce.

Chorizo Flatbread

Chorizo Flatbread

Kimchi: For a pizza that is called chorizo & goat milk flat bread, it was seriously lacking in goat cheese spread about the pizza. However, that’s fine with me because although the taste was interesting, it was fine without it too. I really enjoyed the chorizo on the flatbread. I just wish there was more on there.
