Pad Kee Mao

Kimchi: Oh Thai Gulf, I have found a new dish that I like from you. Normally I just go safe with the pad see ew because I don’t like anything else here, but the pad kee mao is delightful. It is spicy with eggs, veggies, and meat, and the whole dish is very aromatic with the dominant smell of basil. Yum. Martini usually (always?) gets curry, but I didn’t take a picture of his this time. Perhaps he’ll upload one of his own.
