Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes

Kimchi: I had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, which were pretty heavenly. I must warn you if you are not a cheesecake lover, or if you can’t handle ridiculously rich foods, you should not get this. I pretty much finished this monster but I could feel myself getting sick of it towards the end. It is insanely good though – it literally has globs of real cheesecake in it – hooray calories!!!

Eggs, Sausages, Hashbrowns

Kimchi: I just want to say, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a diner that knew how to make “over medium” eggs. SERIOUSLY. I always get them as runny as a baby’s nose and they are definitely over easy. We went safe with over well eggs – if they messed this up, I was ready to give up on caring what I ordered my eggs like since they would end up over easy regardless – and they didn’t mess that up. Cool. Too bad I don’t like over hard eggs as much as over medium. Oh well, sacrifice?
