Cooking: Balsamic Chicken

{January 12, 2013} Kimchi: I used this recipe. It didn’t turn out so good. Not sure where I went wrong. Maybe I marinated it for too long so that it got too acidic. I should have covered the chicken in foil before baking, too, because it was too dry for my liking. Hmm. I feel like it could be tasty if I try the aforementioned changes, but I’m a little wary about wasting chicken in the event that I can’t get it right.
