Carne Asada Fries

Kimchi: My favorite thing to get at Alertos is the carne asada fries. Martini and I devour this monster pretty easily. Fries that aren’t smothered are still crispy, but the rest will be soggy – as expected. There is a generous dose of sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and onions. Carne asada chunks cover up everything so that it looks doubtful there are any fries under there (yep they’re in there all right). There is some cilantro and some tomatoes, but I wish there were more in here to balance out the overload of everything else.
