Kimchi: Our time here was amazing. I never had high expectations for Veggie Grill before because I kind of just classified vegetarian food as salad and healthy. Wrong! It can be as unhealthy and delicious as you want it to be.

Kimchi: The outside breading was so crispy – glad it lives up to its name. Surprisingly, the wheat bun was delicious as well. The avocado made each bite really creamy. Careful bites will reveal the vegetarian chicken, but when you’ve got a lot of the breading along with the other parts of the burger, you might not even notice it’s not real chicken. Since I used my birthday certificate, I got a complimentary upgrade of the side into the sweet potato fries with chipotle ranch. SO GOOD. I am a huge fan of sweet potato fries, and these get a thumbs up from me.

I also loved the drinks they had. The peach black tea and the pomegranate green tea were superb. They tasted sweet and fruity, but I could still taste some of the tea base. Just how I like it.

Kimchi: It’s hard to believe the entire cake is vegan. The cake is very moist with ample frosting on top. Very satisfying.
