{July 14, 2012} Kimchi: We like going to Denny’s late at night because they’re open 24/7, with yummy breakfast food but still cheap enough.
Kimchi: This was their Red White and Blue special because of July 4th. The cream cheese frosting drizzled on top with blueberries & strawberries was what drew me to this pancake. Warm & fluffy! Of course, the drizzle was pitiful in my opinion (I’m a sweets monster) since it’s supposed to be enough for both pancakes.
Kimchi: I’m a big fan of hash browns, yum! Denny’s always makes it perfectly crispy. I would make them at home more if I didn’t find it a pain to grate all those potatoes! Does anyone know what the next level of cooked egg would be called after over easy? I like my yolk a little runny but mostly firm (but not dry and hard). Well, I have brought shame onto myself (and Martini, he didn’t know either), but what I’m looking for is “over medium.” HA! All these years I am ashamed to say I’ve only known of three types of fried eggs: over easy, scrambled, and sunny side up. Learn something new every day 😛
