Kimchi: I just had a normal Tonkotsu ramen, with the extra side dish of my choice, miso soup, and karaage chicken. Holy moly it was a ton of food. I liked the ramen but I wasn’t a fan of the thin noodles. I’m so used to the thick and chewy noodles. The broth was extremely fatty but the flavor was great because of it. I really do believe it when they say they cook their pork broth for 20 hours!

Kimchi: For one of my sides I got a pork bowl because I thought that would really make it worth my money. Oh boy, it was. There was too much food for me to finish. We didn’t even take a picture of the karaage chicken because we just dug in. It was good though, crispy but didn’t feel greasy like other karaage chicken.
