{January 2, 2012} Kimchi: The scallion pancake was a true winner! We kind of ate the beef bun last though, so we didn’t really have room for it, haha.
Kimchi: The spicy vinegar sauce made these dumplings taste really good. I kept dipping my scallion pancake into the sauce!
Kimchi: We each got our own beef noodle bowl. You can choose between thin or thick noodles, but thick noodles have won me over…forever. It’s got that handmade doughy chewiness that I love. For the most part, the beef was quite plentiful and tender. You can imagine we were extremely stuffed afterwards, haha.
