Cooking: Lunch at the Beach

{August 9, 2011} Kimchi: We prepared the day before going to the beach by making tons of spam musubi. It’s kind of our tradition to make it around once a year. And it’s the perfect food for picnics! So portable and a guilty pleasure. We make the rice with sushi vinegar so it’s legit stuff! hehe. I also brought some frozen bananas with popsicle sticks in them. Frozen bananas = creamy substance like ice cream!
