Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffle

Kimchi: Bruxie’s classic chicken waffle sandwich is amazing. The chicken is nice and big so that you can’t even close your waffle, haha. Despite it looking like it would taste really greasy, it didn’t! It was just crispy and juicy and deeelicious. The cole slaw and maple syrup added a nice touch. Bruxie’s waffles are also belgium waffles, I think. They don’t taste sickeningly sweet like most waffles you’d normally eat at a breakfast joint. They are fluffy and light and savory, not sweet.

Creme Brulee

Lemon Cream & Berries

Kimchi: Surprisingly, I preferred the lemon cream and berries dessert waffle over the Creme Brulee. Usually I’m the one with the unstoppable sweet tooth, but I thought Creme Brulee was too sweet and I preferred the fruity/lemony/creamy taste of this waffle.
