{March 20, 2011} Kimchi: We love eating okonomiyaki! Deciding to make it for ourselves was the best thing we ever decided to do! haha. No more waiting in long lines to pay for overpriced okonomiyaki that is soggy. We can have it for much cheaper right in our own homes for much cheaper and cooked to how we like it 🙂
We kind of follow two recipes: one off the back of our okonomiyaki sauce bottle (lol) and one on YouTube from Cooking With Dog here. We alter it to our own liking and to our own judgment. It turns out we like making them small and thin to make it easier to flip, but also because it is crispier too. Very yummy to make on a colder evening.
