Martini: Eating the tri-tip sandwich is a lot work! It was messy and I got my hands dirty. But I was rewarded with one of the best tri-tip sandwiches I’ve ever had. The amount of sauce was just right and tender meat just melts in your mouth. Yummy bbq goodness!

Baby Back Ribs

Martini: The real showstopper here were the baby back ribs. I’ve had some good ribs before, from homemade BBQs to restaurants such as Lucille’s. None of those can compare to Phil’s BBQ. You can literally grab a piece and watch the meat fall off the bone. The meat was very tender, juicy and grilled to perfection. Me and Kimchi just sat in silence giving each other nods of approval at how good our food was. Definitely need to stop by here every time we go to San Diego.
