Cheesecake

Kimchi: I’m in love with cheesecake, so it was destined that I bake my own! A big ole cheesecake, enough to give out to people willing AND eat a ton of myself, hahaha. I ended up burning the outside crust a little bit, but it kind of made it more caramelized and chewy instead so maybe that wasn’t such a bad thing. It did end up cracking a bit too, but who has the patience for leaving it in the oven after it’s done for 5 hours?! Mmm, it was some good cheesecake.
