Pacman Burger

Pacman Burger

Kimchi: Martini’s old roommate would rave about the Pacman burger, but it just didn’t look too appetizing to me. It really looks like a slop of mystery meat on some buns, haha. But it is surprisingly really good! There is a good meshing of flavors – spicy, sweet, cheesy, meaty, lettucy. According to their site, it has two different salsas, beef, chicken, pork,  sesame mayo,  lettuce, and jack & cheddar cheeses. Must be eaten with a fork, eating it with your hands is quite a challenge. It must be eaten right away though. If you take it to go and wait too long to eat it, it becomes a big mushy mess.

Martini: The Pacman burger is not really a burger in a sense that you hold it with two hands, I mean you can but it will probably just fall everywhere. I wouldn’t have tried it if it was for my roommate’s recommendation and I’m glad I did because it’s now one of my favorites. The tastes are similar to what you would find in other Kogi items except it’s on top of lettuce and bun. I can’t comment more on the taste that Kimchi hasn’t covered but I really recommend this item, it’s good! And eat it right away 😀

Kimchi: The spicy pork burrito was decent – tasted like authentic spicy pork taco – but obviously in a huge burrito form. Honestly, I think I’d prefer it in taco form. Short-rib taco definitely has better proportions than a short-rib burrito if you’re not feeling like eating a huge, meaty burrito.
